Why buy local flowers?
Our flowers are picked fresh, conditioned, made into bouquets, and are then ready to share with you. Ours, and other locally grown flowers, usually have a longer vase life than flowers that are flown in from other countries (which still makes up over 70% of all U.S. flower sales).
We use natural farming practices that protect our soil, waterways, birds, beneficial insects, and of course, the flowers!
Where is the farm located?
Our flower farm is located in Montpelier, Virginia. We are approximately 11 miles / 18 minutes from Short Pump on Route 33, very close to Glen Allen, and because we are only 10 minutes off of 295, it is a quick, easy drive from the City of Richmond.
